OAK HARBOR HIGH SCHOOL
Event: Homecoming Dance!
Date/Time: Saturday, 10/3/26, 7:00 PM – 10:00 PM (6:40 PM arrival)
Location: OHHS SUB (student union building)
Description: If you’re willing to spend an evening with some great kids, good music, and a little Wildcat Country fun, we’d love to have you! There are a variety of spaces to hang out in too: coat/bag check, games in Wildcat Way, karaoke, movie area, water area (outside), quiet game area, upper sub, and of course the...dance floor! Boots are optional. Wildcat spirit is highly encouraged!

HILLCREST ELEMENTARY
Event: BOO Bingo!
Date/Time: Friday, 10/16, 5:30 PM – 7:30 PM
Location: HCE
Description: BOO Bingo is Hillcrest’s most popular events, so they need lots of help! Volunteers to assist with setup before the event and help with breakdown afterward. We also need people to manage the concessions, dessert table, front door, and to hand out bingo cards and prizes. Dressing up in costume earns bonus points!

Event: FaBOOlous Baked Goods Donations

Location: Drop off donations at HCE front office
Description: What's BOO Bingo without some FANG-tastic desserts?? We are asking for donations of *STORE BOUGHT* baked goods to sell at our family fun-filled BOO Bingo event! We can no longer accept homemade baked goods, but your store-bought goods will still be wrapped with tons of love for our ghouls and boys!

On-going projects at OHE that need volunteers:

• Garden – weeding, trimming, assisting students with planting
• Recess – playing/supervising organized games with students, such as soccer, basketball, etc. Anytime between 10:45 AM – 12:30 PM
• Reading w/ Students – Coordinate dates & times with teachers to read to the class or with small groups of students.
