Budget Advisory Committee

The Budget Advisory Committee was first established during the 2023-2024 school year to provide input to decision-making for the District’s annual budget. The committee reconvenes for budget planning each winter and spring with the purpose of:

  • Identifying prioritities that will inform the superintendent’s decision-making regarding balanced budgeting and fiscal sustainability while supporting the district’s priorities.
  • Becoming an informed and accountable advisry committee for our #OneOakHarbor community.
  • Supporting sound decision making practices grounded in the Strategic Plan
