Public Comment
For regular board meetings, sign-ups for in-person public comment will be accepted up until 5 minutes prior to the meeting start time. To make a comment virtually, requests must be submitted and confirmed by 12:00 p.m. the day of the meeting in order for accommodations to be made.
Regular Board Meeting Structure
Regular school board meetings follow a Work Study meeting structure at mid-month and a Business meeting structure at the end of the month. The Work Study meeting structure provides an opportunity for board members to learn about OHPS schools and departments at a deeper level in a learning and discussion format. The Business meeting structure includes standard monthly reports as well as recognitions.
