Capital Facilities Advisory Committee
The Capital Facilities Advisory Committee (CFAC) began in the 2023-2024 school year to work collaboratively with Oak Harbor Public Schools to analyze facilities planning data, develop project options, and make a recommendation to the School Board of Directors for future capital improvement projects. The committee consists of community members, staff and parent/guardians.

Meeting & Minutes
The Capital Facilities Advisory Committee meets once a month on the second Tuesday at 6 PM. Locations vary and will be updated as soon as a location is secured.
- October 8 at 6 PM
- November 13 at 6 PM (Wednesday meeting due to holiday)
- December 16 at 6 PM (Online and New Date)
- January 21 At 6 PM (Cancelled)
- February 18 at 6 PM (New date)
- March 11 at 6 PM
- April 15 at 6 PM (Moved to the third week because of Spring Break)
