Oak Harbor Public Schools is excited to accept nominations for the 2023-2024 Rising Star Awards. 

The Rising Star Employee & Volunteer of the Year Awards will recognize individual staff members who have gone above and beyond to support a learning and working environment where our students are valued and understood, take risks in learning and succeed academically, and know that Oak Harbor believes in their future.

The new #OneOakHarbor Community Partner of the Year award will recognize a community partner (individual or organization) who has been an advocate and collaborator for the success of Oak Harbor Public Schools.

We encourage you to nominate a colleague or community partner who has shown superior service to our schools this academic year.

Please submit your nominations by Wednesday, May 1.

The Rising Star Award Winners will be recognized in front of their peers in May, at the June 10 School Board meeting, and again during the 2025 State of the Schools community event in January.
