    Eat well, learn well
Research has proven that children's ability to learn is directly linked to good nutrition and that's why we are committed to offering students delicious and nutritious meal options daily.
Oak Harbor Public Schools contracts with Chartwell's School Dining Services for the management of the lunch and breakfast programs. A key focus is providing a range of healthy eating options for all age groups based on sound nutritional guidelines. So whether your child buys their lunch at school or packs a meal from home, encourage them to make healthy eating choices to maximize learning.
    What's for lunch?
September 2017 menus will be posted in late August.  In the meantime, all children through age 18 can enjoy a free lunch this summer at one of five locations starting June 26.
