Dear Students and Families,

 

I am the Teacher-Librarian for Oak Harbor High School. I began working at the school during the fall of 2002. Working in the Library means that I have the opportunity to get to know all of our students and staff, which is what makes my job so much fun. My purpose is to empower students to be critical thinkers, enthusiastic readers, skillful researchers, and ethical users of information. I do this by teaching lessons on research skills, interacting with students while checking out textbooks and library books, managing events like the Freshman class Battle of the Books, and many other activities.
