Dear Students and Families,

 

As a graduate of Oak Harbor High School, it is an honor and a privilege to work with the youth of my hometown.  The social studies courses I teach are designed to provide a fresh perspective of the topic while nurturing critical thinking.  Students are asked to look at both sides of a topic before coming to a final conclusion.  Furthermore, we ask that pupils value the opinions of their peers, while possibly even vehemently disagreeing with them.  We do our best to deliver all of this with enthusiasm, hoping to cultivate a lifelong interest in the social sciences.
