Dear Families,

I am extremely excited to have your child in my third-grade class this year. We will call our classroom our class-family because I want not only myself, but my students to encourage and support each other every day in the classroom. We will celebrate our differences and individual strengths while building on the areas of growth.

I believe that building up my students emotionally and supporting them each day will help them to achieve academic growth and success. I look forward to building strong relationships with each of my students and having a fabulous year together.

I'm a fourth-generation Oak Harbor graduate of OHPS, whose mother and sister are also both educators in this school district. My husband is also a fourth-generation Oak Harbor graduate of OHPS and is a career firefighter with Bellingham Fire. We have two beautiful children and are grateful for this amazing community that we get to be a part of. I look forward to getting to know your wonderful families.
