Dear Families,

I look forward to a great year in 2nd grade. I am focused on building a positive classroom environment. We will be working on social and emotional skills in everything we do. I have lived on Whidbey Island for 4 years and have embraced all this wonderful island has to offer.

I am originally from Northwest Indiana where I taught in various capacities for 11 years.

I miss the hot summers but do not miss the lake-effect snowstorms.
