Oak Harbor Public Schools created a plan for providing instruction to students during the school closure period and are actively reaching out to their students.
Regardless of how long the closure lasts, your child will be provided the opportunity to extend their learning via Google Classroom and Google Meet. The optional packets created during the first four weeks of the closure are still available. If you don't have access to Google Classroom and need to request hard copies of the learning packets, please email us briefs@ohsd.net.
New work (April 13): Teachers will create graded assignments and instruction for their classes. They will be using Google Classroom, which allows the teacher to execute this plan in a clear and orderly fashion. Students are needing a 60 percent in the distance learning class to receive a "pass." If they don't meet this requirement, they will be given a no-credit.
