Welcome to Ms. Bowen's fourth-grade classroom!

2020-21 is my second year teaching at Hillcrest and I am very excited to get to know the students and families of this school. I have been working in education for over 20 years in a variety of positions. My first teaching position was several years ago in Oak Harbor and I have returned to this great district.
