Mr. Kristopher Olsen
Welcome MessageDear Students and Families,
¡Hola! I am beyond excited to begin teaching at Oak Harbor High School. As with any subject, language learning involves a process and a journey; I look forward to sharing both with your students this year. Spanish I and Spanish II are taught by optimizing immersion using the TPRS® method. Our class activities are designed to provide students with many opportunities to be involved in the Spanish language at or just above their level of understanding. Each language-building activity is designed to introduce or strengthen the understanding of high frequency words and phrases in Spanish.
As cross-cultural interaction is a key feature of this course, classroom interaction should be respectful and diplomatic.
