Dear Parents & Families,

I am beyond excited about all the things we will learn together in the classroom during the 2022-2023 school year! This age is such a special time in your child’s life, so I thank you for allowing me the opportunity to help your child grow at school.

I would like to share a little bit about myself. My family has been living in Oak Harbor for 6 and a half years. We have lived in Florida and Texas before this. I was raised in Miami, Florida, and am a big fan of the Miami Heat. I graduated from college at Florida International University in Miami in 2009 and began my teaching career that same year in Dallas, Texas. This year is my fourteenth year being a teacher, and I have taught a variety of grades from 4th to 8th grade. My graduate degree is a Master's Degree in Curriculum and Instruction. I am very excited about beginning my fourth year teaching at Broad View, and I am very fortunate to be your child’s teacher this school year.
