Dear Students and Families,

 

It is with great excitement that I begin my sixth year at Crescent Harbor Elementary as a third grade teacher. My focus is to provide a challenging and supportive learning environment where students can reach their full potential in the school setting, as well as socializing through "life".  I’ve been teaching since 2005 in various communities and grade levels.  I enjoy getting to know students and their parents so I can be the most effective teacher for your son or daughter.

 

We begin this year with an emphasis on meeting the challenges of math and science expectations in order to be successful in our schools as well as in our future of career choices.  Career and College Readiness is on the pathway, we are moving up from third grade along that path.  Additionally, we practice reading fluently, focus on comprehension through picture books and exciting chapter read alouds which hopefully instill a creative sense for problem solving for real world situations.
