I began teaching in Oak Harbor Schools in 2001. I am thrilled to start my third year at Hillcrest as part of the amazing second-grade team! I have taught 2nd, 3rd, and 3rd/4th-grade multi-age classes.

 

My goal is to assist children in developing a more positive attitude about their ability to learn and succeed in school and society while respecting their individual needs and interests.  I truly believe that we are all life-long learners.

 

In my free time, I enjoy running, spending time outside, walking my dogs, swimming, and spending time with my three daughters, husband, and friends.
