National Board Certified Teacher
My husband, twin sons, and I have lived on wonderful Whidbey Island for more than 10 years. As a Navy family, we lived in 13 other places before arriving here including Illinois, Maine, Virginia, California, Washington D.C., and Puerto Rico. I attained a Bsachelor of Arts degree in Education in 2001, a National Board Certification in 2013, and a Master of Science degree in Elementary Literacy in 2016. I consider myself to be a lifelong learner and continually seek to improve my skills as a classroom teacher.
Second grade involves hard work and cooperation. Our focus this year will be on learning how peace, productivity, health, and happiness can help us better our world and ourselves.
