Parent Teacher Conference Overview

  • Parent-teacher conferences are scheduled for Friday, Feb. 11. There will be no school for students during conferences but students are encouraged to attend their conference with their parents virtually.

    Parents will use Family Access (Skyward) to schedule their virtual parent-teacher conference with their child’s teacher(s). Scheduling begins on Friday, Feb. 4 at 8 a.m. and remains open until Wednesday, Feb. 9 at 4 p.m. If you need to schedule a conference after the conference scheduler is closed, please contact your child’s school. All conferences will take place over Google Meet. As a reminder, we encourage families to contact teachers throughout the school year to check in on your child’s progress.

    Elementary Schools |  8:30 a.m.- 3:30 p.m.
    Oak Harbor Intermediate  |  8:30 a.m.- 3:55 p.m.
    North Whidbey Middle  |  7:30 a.m.- 2:30 a.m.
    Oak Harbor High  |  7:30 a.m.- 3:00 p.m.

    HAND-IN-HAND LEARNING CENTER
    Hand-in-Hand will spread their conferences over two different Fridays, Feb. 11 and 18. Since HiH doesn’t have school on Fridays and has two sessions (morning and afternoon), teachers will need two days to complete conferences. The conference scheduler will open on Feb. 4 at 4 p.m. and will remain open until Feb. 17. 

    Feb. 11  |  9:15 a.m.- 3:15 p.m.
    Feb. 18  |  12:45 p.m.- 3:15 p.m.

    VIRTUAL ACADEMY AND HOMECONNECTION
    Oak Harbor Virtual Academy and HomeConnection will not hold parent-teacher conferences.  Their instruction requires routine check-ins and parent-teacher conferences will not be required at this time. Families may contact their child’s teachers at any time.

How to Schedule a Conference

  • To schedule a conference, please log into Family Access (Skyward) with your parent/guardian account information. If you need assistance or account information, please contact your child's school.  

    To access Conference Scheduler, select Teacher Conferences from the Family Access menu.

    1. Click All Conferences and under the Status section, click Select a Time to pick a time slot for a student’s class.
    2. Click Select to the right of the Conference Time Slot you wish to sign up for.
    3. Click Save.
