Welcome to the exciting grade of kindergarten!

This is an exciting year of growth and learning. Reading, writing, math, science, social studies, and intentional play makes for a full fun day! There is so much to learn this school year and we will have a blast along the way. Reading will focus on letters, sounds, rhyming, and so much more. Math will incorporate hands-on experiences using manipulatives to aid in your child’s learning. Intentional play allows students to develop important social skills and work their creative brain muscles.

You are your child’s first teacher, and I am here to work as a team to build your child’s toolbox of success. Teamwork makes the dream work! Silly moments and a passionate love for lifelong learning are what I aspire to instill every school day. I am committed to creating a positive and trusting relationship with students and devoted to always preserving their emotional and intellectual well-being. I am driven to cultivate a student-centered classroom environment focused on equity and success for every student.
