Medications at School

  • All health plans and healthcare provider orders are good for one school year only. If your child needs a health plan or to take medication during the school day for the upcoming school year (this includes any prescription, over the counter medications, or inhalers used at school, during team sports practices, or after school activities), please download the appropriate form from the Health Services Section of the District website. Forms may also be picked up in the Broad View front office.

Students with potentially life-threatening conditions such as diabetes, allergies requiring an EpiPen, seizures, and moderate to severe asthma must have health plans, medication orders, and medications before the start of school.
