Grades
If your student has not met a score of 70% or better on a graded assignment, it should be redone. I give students several chances on most assignments to reach a score of 70% with your help at home. If a student scores a 70% on an assessment test, and would like to raise their overall grade they may redo the assignment once.It is each student's responsibility to work towards improvement of his or her grades. As in previous years, students will receive performance evaluations of Outstanding (O); Satisfactory (S); Progressing (P); or Needs improvement (N). Beginning this year, students will also receive letter grades in subject areas. Here is the grade scoring:A 100-90 B 89-80 C 79-70 D 69-60 F 59-50
Report Cards - Family Access
Elementary report cards are issued at the end of each trimester and students are assessed in accordance with Oak Harbor Public Schools board policy. Parents can view their children's information by checking online in Skyward Family Access, a secure system that allows you to check attendance and more.
