A little about me...

As long as I can remember, I've always wanted to be a teacher and to this day, I still feel the same. While I took a detour in the banking world for a few years, I'm now back in the classroom and am absolutely thrilled to be able to make a difference in the lives I touch.

I teach at Oak Harbor Elementary and I love every minute! I truly believe building strong relationships with my students is paramount. I believe if a student feels safe, valued, and understand they are important to me, they will have the necessary freedom they need to grow and flourish. We have high expectations in 2nd grade and I believe each student will meet these expectations! We work hard to meet our learning goals and have a lot of fun along the way!
