My name is Julie Landau and I have been teaching in the Oak Harbor School District since 1989, from kindergarten through third grade.  There is such joy in teaching reading, writing, and math, listening to students read, watching them work out challenging problems, and helping them become stronger writers. 

This will be my second year teaching in the Learning Assistance Program (LAP). I will be working with a team of teachers and paraeducators to provide small group and individual instruction that supports students in grades K-4. We use a variety of literacy interventions that provide intensive support in reading and writing using engaging leveled books. We will work with you, your student, and their teacher to provide a program that increases your child's abilities so they feel empowered and successful.
