Dear Students and Families,

 

Welcome to second grade!  I started teaching second grade here at Crescent Harbor Elementary in 2006.  Most of my  years teaching have been in second grade and I think it is a great age group to work with.  The students are full of energy and have a contagious excitement for learning.  They make huge strides in their learning as well as grow in their abilities to understand themselves and the world around them.

 

My primary goal for this year is to instill in all students a love of learning and help them become successful learners in and out of the classroom. I will encourage students to challenge themselves to always do their best and provide necessary resources to help students meet academic standards.  I will also be working with the students to make our class a safe and positive learning environment for everybody.  I look forward to a great school year.
