Dear Students and Families,

 

I began teaching fifth grade at Littlerock Elementary in the Tumwater School District in 1992. I also taught in the Seattle School District as an elementary librarian for four years. I began teaching at Crescent Harbor in 2002.  I taught in the Library for 10 years before moving over to a third-grade classroom ten years ago.

 

I am so happy for the chance to return to the Library this year.  My main goal as the Teacher-Librarian is to make the Library a place of discovery and imagination.  I will be working with all our Cubs to become lifelong readers, safe users of technology, and STEM thinkers.  I hope to help them develop into successful learners who know the value of working hard, working together, and working toward a great future.
