Dear Students and Families,
I have the pleasure of teaching computer science this year. Expect to learn by doing, expect to work hard, and expect to be successful.
Prior to becoming a teacher I was a program director for a cardiac rehabilitation program. My involvement with young people as a coach and youth group volunteer convinced me to change careers. I have been teaching computers and managing educational computer labs since 1994 when I was living abroad in Taiwan. A lot has changed in the computing world over the last 20 years, though I find students remain particularly eager to learn and embrace those changes.
Sincerely,
Mr. Rodeheffer
