Free or Reduced-Price Lunch and Breakfast
As a part of the National School Lunch Program, some students may be eligible for a free or reduced price lunch. The reduced price for lunch at all grade levels is 40-cents. All students who are registered in the school district will be mailed applications for free or reduced-price lunches and directions with income guidelines for establishing eligibility. It is important parents ensure their free and reduced price lunch applications are filled out and returned to the school district as soon as possible.
InvestED provides funding to secondary schools that can be used to quickly respond to individual student's needs. Each year the money provided by InvestED helps many Oak Harbor High School students cover the costs of items their family cannot afford. However, we typically have students needing assistance well after the funds from InvestEd have been distributed. If you would like more information on InvestEd, are interested in donating to InvestEd, or would like to help by "adopting" our school, please visit http://www.invested.org/ .
