NEW SENIOR CHECKOUT PROCESS
REQUIRED FOR GRADUATION
Seniors will be required to complete a Senior Checkout Form in order to participate in commencement practice/ceremony. Checkout Forms will be distributed in the Monday, June 7th advisory and Seniors will have until Thursday, June 10th at 3:30 to complete the checkout with their counselor. Seniors must obtain clearance signatures from their current teachers, advisory teacher and library staff. Once they have received all clearance signatures, they are required to checkout with their counselor to verify they have met all graduation requirements.
Counselors will be available for checkout in the Student Union Building on Thursday, June 10th from 2:15-3:30. However, students are welcome to turn in their checkout forms earlier if they are completed prior to that time. SENIORS WHO DO NOT COMPLETE A SENIOR CHECKOUT FORM WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO PARTICIPATE IN COMMENCEMENT PRACTICE OR CEREMONY!!

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR PARENTS OF OHHS SENIORS:
- Graduation will commence promptly at 6:00 pm.
- Stadium gates open at 4:45 and close at 5:45 pm.
- Everyone sitting in the grandstand area will be required to have a ticket. (This includes children, toddlers and babies.)

Time
Stadium gates will open at 4:45 p.m. the evening of graduation and close promptly at 5:45 p.m. to allow the Class of 2010 access to the stadium moments before the 6:00 p.m. ceremony.
Stadium gates will reopen at 6:15 p.m. to accommodate late-arriving guests. They will be directed to sit in the visitor's side or may choose to stand around the internal stadium fencing.
Tickets
Each OHHS graduate who plans to walk must attend the mandatory graduation practice on Fri., June 11 at 12:30 p.m. Following practice, students will be issued 7 tickets, granting guests access to home bleachers providing they arrive prior to 5:45 pm. Guests without tickets and those who arrive after 5:45 p.m. may choose to sit in the visitor's bleachers or stand around the internal stadium fencing. Please note: All guests ages 0-100 must have a ticket to sit in the grandstand area
Decorum
Commencement planners remind guests this is a graduation ceremony and not a sporting event. Guests are asked to dress in business casual attire and are expected to contribute to a dignified atmosphere. Camera tripods, balloons, signs, and noise makers will not be allowed through the stadium gates. Pets are never allowed in the stadium.
Organizers are aiming for an exciting yet respectable experience. They also want to eliminate the chance of blocking walkways or the views of the guests.
A video annual and graduation ceremony CD may be ordered the evening of graduation.
