Please fax, e-mail or mail your request that includes:

· Name you attended under

· Year of graduation or year of withdrawal

· Address or fax number where you would like transcript sent

· All requests are processed within 48 hrs.

A fee of $5 will be charged for each transcript. Please make the check payable to Oak Harbor High School and send it to the Registrar at the address above.
