Proudly Transporting Our Future

Students arrive at school by bus on first day of the new school year.

Transportation Request Form
Fill this form out and return it to your school to begin bus transportation. By state law, you must be outside a one mile radius from your school to receive bus transportation.

Bus Routes are now available for the new school year

Know your Snow Emergency Routes

Every day more than 2,100 students are safely transported to and from school with one of the nation's best safety records.

There are 32 bus routes, each one operating twice each morning and twice each afternoon. High school and middle school students are transported so that they arrive by 7:50 am and leave by 2:30 pm. Elementary school routes arrive at schools by 8:55 am and leave at 3:35 pm.

Maps showing safe walking routes for each school are available.

A Code of Conduct is strictly enforced. Cameras on each bus help identify problems and solve conflicts in an effort to keep buses under safe management at all times

Snow emergencies and school closures are announced as early as possible through our hotline number 279-5060, radio and television stations, and the web site www.schoolreport.org
