Lunch and Breakfast at Crescent Harbor

Oak Harbor students are offered a full hot lunch menu. This nutritionally complete lunch will cost $2.65. For those students who qualify, the reduced price will be $.40 for 4th & 5th grade. Reduced lunch for K-3 is no charge! Crescent Harbor also offers a breakfast menu. Breakfast will cost $1.60. Reduced breakfast is no charge! Students will also be able to purchase a half-pint of milk or 100% juice for $.40 cents. Students can purchase a second entrée for $1.60.

You can prepay for your child's meals by depositing money on account, which is debited at the cashier. You can put any amount of money on the account, and we strongly encourage you to send at least a week's worth of meal money at a time. Please be aware of your child's diner account balance; we do give low balance notices but they do not always make it home to you!

To put money on your child's account, simply send a check, payable to Oak Harbor School District, to school with your child. Write your child's name on the check so it is deposited properly. Your child can also bring cash, but please be mindful of the fact that cash can be easily lost. Please be sure to seal either check or cash in an envelope with your child's first and last name on it and their teacher's name. Envelopes can be placed in the locked black drop box outside the school office door.

Your children will qualify for free meals if your household is receiving Basic Food, or Temporary Assistance to Needy Families (TANF). If your children are foster children or your household income is the same or less than the amounts listed in the Income Eligibility Guidelines for the school year, they may also qualify for free meals; a new application must be submitted each school year for approval.

Students who purchase a meal, or have free and reduced status will use their unique 5 digit PIN at the cashier. No one will know your student's status but the cashier who reads the coded message on the cash register. Your student will receive their PIN from the school office and it will stay with them until they graduate from Oak Harbor High School.

Applications are available in the school office or district administration building; you can submit one at anytime. You may download an application and eligibility guidelines from At the home page, follow the Lunches link. After your application has been processed, you will receive a letter stating those benefits for which you are eligible.
