Crescent Harbor Elementary School
Crescent Harbor Elementary (CHE) is a K-5 elementary school located approximately three miles east of downtown Oak Harbor in Navy's Cape Hart housing. Crescent Harbor Elementary School has an average enrollment of about 380 students. 76.8% of our student population are military dependents, and come from all over the United States. Therefore our school community comprises a diverse population of people.
