Cheese and crackers (cheese sticks, pretzels, etc.)
Sunflower seeds, raisins, granola
Yogurt
Fruit juice and frozen fruit bars (frozen yogurt, low sugar ice cream bars, etc.)
Homemade apple, zucchini, bran, pumpkin, berry, corn, etc. muffins with bananas or applesauce in place of sugar; limited fat content. Bakery muffins are known for very high fat/sugar content.
Granola bars (watch for high sugar/fat content).
